So we all know the story that our grandparents used to tell us about October 31st being the devil's birthday. Well i want to set the record straight, no its not the devil's birthday it is actually the anniversary of the English(yeah from England) cut the heads off the Spanish(yeah from Spain) instead of harvesting the Fall harvest veges. So you ask why where the Spanish attacking and how did they lose. Well hers the story. The Spanish had the most powerful army in the world in the 1500-1600's and they were roman catholic and England wasn't and they wanted to take England over for not being Catholic. So the Spanish armada tried to attack from over and not under England. But what the Spanish didn't know was that England was having the last parts of Hurricane season and the Spanish never knew what hurricanes were. So as they wee attacking fro the top a hurricane cam through and crashed all the ships of the Spanish Armada on the English shore. So word got to the queen and the queen of England said stop harvesting fall crops and cut off the heads of the Spanish and post them around town. So that's how the Halloween holiday came about.
